Stella's coming home!!!

Weighing in at 5 pounds and 2.8 ounces today we have been cleared for Stella to come home. We will be staying at the hospital overnight with her Wednesday and coming home all together on Thursday. We couldn't be more ecstatic and nervous at the same time. In less than one month Stella has proven to be quite a determined little one. More to follow once she's home!
