Scottsdale

Stefano decided for his 21st birthday he wanted sunshine.  So we headed to Scottsdale and found plenty of it!  We all had an amazing trip....full of lots of laughs and smiles.  We spent most of the days at the pool....Stella must've gone done the resort waterslide at least 50 times.  We also were able to meet up with Melissa's friend Makenzie and her family.  The kids all hit it off and played at a train park and ate Mexican food together.  Definitely planning on Scottsdale for 2013.

Arts & Crafts

Stella is obsessed with anything arts & crafts.  Ask her what she wants to do and the answer is always "an art project".  Maia is finally starting to get a bit more interested & the girls were so happy to spend hours working on their masterpieces.

First Day of School!

Happy First Day of Pre-K for Stella & Preschool for Maia!  Happy (a little bit of) Freedom to Mommy :)

Happy Labor Day!

The girls got to see the fruits of their labor at breakfast this morning...literally.  Last Friday we went berry picking with our friend Clara.  This morning we used the picked blueberries to make blueberry pancakes.  Yum!

Straight Hair

Someone wanted her hair straightened like Mommy.  She looks more like me now, right?

Victoria

We all boarded the Victoria Clipper last Friday for a fun-filled weekend trip to Victoria.  The girls loved the Clipper (mostly because they got to watch movies for 2 straight hours).  We had lots of fun exploring the city and visiting a petting farm.  We walked through the Empress and promised we'd do High Tea in another 10 years or so :)
